Wildlife pictures make a difference

For the next three months one of the UK’s leading natural history photographic libraries, Nature Picture Library, which represents some of the world’s top wildlife photographers, will be helping secure the future of Africa’s rhinos.

The photo agency, which supports and spotlights a different charity each quarter, will donate a portion of its net income from image sales for the quarter to Save the Rhino International – its nominated charity from August this year (www.naturepl.com to find out more).

Great news and a step in the right direction for our African Rhino project, in only its fourth month.

As photographers represented by the picture agency we were able to suggest Save the Rhino International as a potential recipient for this cash bonus at the start of our project.

Save the Rhino International is an organisation we have known well for some 10 years and have helped in the past by donating images. The donation from Nature Picture Library will go directly towards funding some of SRI’s key rhino conservation projects.

As the saying goes – every little helps!
